Job Summary:

​

  • The Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative, organizational, and support services to real estate professionals or agencies. This is a remote position that requires strong attention to detail, communication, and familiarity with real estate processes.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

​

  • Assisting with property listing management and updates.

  • Coordinating property showings and scheduling appointments.

  • Managing real estate databases, client information, and leads.

  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.

  • Conducting research on real estate market trends and property values.

  • Communicating with clients, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.

  • Handling inquiries and customer support related to property listings.

  • Assisting with the preparation of purchase agreements and other real estate documents.

  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

  • Coordinating and managing real estate transactions and deadlines.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to manage multiple real estate-related tasks efficiently.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and practices is a plus.

 

Preferred Previous Work Experiences:

 

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Assistant, Administrative Assistant in a real estate office, or in a related role.

  • Experience working in the real estate industry and familiarity with MLS systems.

  • Demonstrated success in supporting real estate transactions and property listings.

  • Experience in remote work or virtual assistant roles.

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.

  • Previous work in roles requiring client communication and customer support.

  • Understanding of real estate laws and contract processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating real estate transactions.

 

Preferred Degrees:

 

  • A degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • This is a remote position, and the Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant can work from their own location.

  • The role may require availability during the business hours of the real estate agency or professional, which could be in a different time zone.

  • Supervision:

  • The Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant may report to a Real Estate Agent, Broker, or a team leader for guidance, task assignments, and performance evaluations.

 

Performance Standards:

​

  • Performance may be evaluated based on the accuracy and efficiency of real estate support, communication skills, and the ability to meet transaction deadlines.
