Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting.

Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.

Conducting research on industry trends and competitors for effective social media campaigns.

Analyzing and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools.

Running paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms if required.

Engaging with the online community and fostering positive relationships.

Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Job Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Previous Work Experiences:

Previous work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a related role.

Familiarity with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid platforms.

Experience in managing and growing social media followings.

Previous work in remote roles or as a freelance social media manager.

Demonstrated success in increasing engagement and brand visibility on social media.

Knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms.
Preferred Degrees:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, and the Remote Social Media Manager can work from their own location.

The role may require availability during specific times when target audiences are most active on social media, which could include weekends or evenings.
