Recruiter
Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for job openings within an organization. This is a remote position that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of recruitment processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Posting job listings on various job boards and platforms.

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.

Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Checking references and conducting background checks as necessary.

Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms.

Maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Staying updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Job Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in recruiting and applicant tracking software.

Effective organization and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Previous Work Experiences:

Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a related role.

Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates in a remote or virtual environment.

Demonstrated success in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment challenges and strategies.

Previous work in roles requiring strong relationship-building skills.

Experience in managing candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

Understanding of employment laws and compliance.
Preferred Degrees:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Working Conditions: -
This is a remote position, and the Remote Recruiter can work from their own location.

The role may require availability during the business hours of the organization, which could be in a different time zone.
Supervision:

The Remote Recruiter may report to an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or a recruitment professional for task assignments, guidance, and performance evaluations.
